'We had a great time at this little cottage. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Kayaks, the outdoor patio, boat ramp all a huge plus. Kitchen also had everything we needed and the enclosed porch was a huge bonus. Quiet, and the mattresses were quite comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!!'

'If we could give Lucia Bleu 6 stars, we would. Katy and Jeremy are incredible hosts! There was nothing they didn’t think of when it came to making us feel welcome. The cottage was the perfect size, decor was clean and comfortable. Cottage chic doesn’t begin to describe it. The location was so convenient to downtown and walking along the bay. A wonderful stay and we hope to return!'

'Lovely location overlooking the bay. If you want to be outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to enjoy all Fairhope has to offer this is a great option. The home has some foundation/settling issues that need to be addressed but don't let this stop you from staying here. We had six adults in our party and had plenty of room. The sunsets are amazing! No boat dock/pier at time of our stay.'

'I can't say enough good things about this place. The sunrises and moonrises were incredible. The setting was very private and the neighbors we encountered on our walks were all very friendly. The house was perfect for my family and our little dogs. It felt like the kind of place we used to stay for our childhood vacations. Not fancy, just comfortable. The amenities included everything we needed. I, especially, loved cooking on the gas stove and griddle. One thing to note. The amenities list...

'The house was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. The Bayfront location was great. Relaxing on the pier and the back porch was wonderful. We had a really good time. Loved all the Fairhope restaurants and shopping.'

'We were visiting family in the area and this small cottage was the perfect place for us to stay for a couple of nights. From the beds, the small kitchen with all necessities to the lovely patio: everything was so well organized. We really enjoyed staying here (even without meeting the host) and highly recommend!'

'If you enjoy being on the water this is the perfect house. We enjoyed spending time on the pier, relaxing on the screened in porch, and grilling out for dinner. The house is close to downtown Fairhope and Magnolia Springs for dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a place in the area.'

'Lovely house, unfortunately it doesn’t get 5 stars because of the smoke smell throughout the home. It’s sad that people do not honor the rules of others homes. As a non smoker, the smell of cigarette smoke is pretty awful. Nothing the owners can do but be aware of it. Thank you for allowing us to stay.'

'The cottage is adorable. It is clean, well-stocked, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient to town, the coffee loft, and restaurants. We would definately stay again. Thank you Liz for being an oustanding host.'

'Just spent a long weekend at Bayside Cottage in Fairhope, AL. The house was very clean and welcoming. Great location by the water with very nice views and easy access to bayside walks along the water. Management company had very prompt response times and very courteous. Would highly recommend this to anyone.'

'No problems with the unit. Everything worked. Window unit a/c it worked great. It was out of town but it was centrally located to most local destinations so we could be most places within 15 minute drive but there was not anything within walking distance. The hostess was super sweet and if we had any problems please let her know.'
