'Voor wie zonder televisie en WiFi kan en een vrij slechte overharde weg naar het kasteel op de koop toe neemt, krijgt hier een sprookje als beloning. Wat een adembenemend uitzicht: een prachtig dal, bossen, heuvels, Umbrische dorpjes. Een rustige omgeving. Prettig contact met de eigenaar. Veel ruimte. Wat een ervaring!'

'Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. 'We had a truly great time at this castle. It was everything we had hoped for during our stay. The castle is updated while keeping a lot of it's original charm. Driving to it was so scenic, with tons of green rolling hills to drive through and an olive tree lined path just before you get to the castle. It is not very far from Siena. And the church bells from the clock tower were very relaxing. Highly recommended.'

'We had a lovely stay at this beautiful palazzo. The apartments were spacious and clean. We visited with an extended family, so each smaller unit could have their own apartment and some space whenever needed, yet we could all eat outside together (or inside on the occasional rainy day), and spend time in the pool. 'The kitchen was well equipped, had a big stove, 3 sinks, plenty of dishes, a separate coffee area with another huge sink. The castle gave each couple plenty of room for privacy and yet had space to gather, talk, play games....it is very spacious. It was hard to pick where to meet up because everywhere was so nice.
