'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms on higher floors have great sunset views of the bay. The location near the ferry terminal makes catching a cab or the bus easy if you're not planning to rent a golf cart. It's within walking distance to the Malecon and some good bars and restaurants on the south side of Centro. It's about a 10 minute walk to Playa Centro and 15 to Playa Norte. 'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
