'Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in het appartement van Gérard. Het appartement is zeer gunstig gelegen op 3 minuten wandelen van de treinhalte Laplace (RER B). Het is heel ruim en knus ingericht. Er ontbrak ons niks, alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Gérard is een lieve en behulpzame host. Hij doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te geven. 'Stay was good, great location to Luxembourg park which is beautiful! Property was clean and communication was always prompt. A bit smaller than I thought but it worked great for 3 of us. The only issue was the ac, it’s not the a/c we have in America. It’s fans that you refill with water and have to refreeze ice packs. The upstairs room is too hot to be comfortable during 85 degree weather, and no where else to sit while you open windows and wait for the room to cool off. I slept with windows...

'Beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful memories made! We have stayed many times in Paris and this trip was the best yet, the house accommodated our family perfectly. Large gathering spaces, well equipped kitchen, right next to metro, and a lovely wonderful neighborhood with easy walking and any amenity desired. 'The house was in a quiet deadend street close to shops, restaurants and a boulangerie. It's a short walkfrom the RER B line - very convenient.The decor is very arty and eclectic. The modern kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed if you're preparing your own meals.'

'Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. They were super generous in stocking the fridge with waters, juices for the kids, milks, and creamer for coffee! And a fantastic bottle of wine and fruit from the garden as a welcome, which we enjoyed on the balcony! The house is lovely - the photos don't do it justice.
