'Very conveniently located by the main train station in Florence. The reception is at the top floor. The entrance to this boutique hotel is nondescriptive. Look out for the door/building number. Ring the bell for the hotel staff to unlock the entrance door and walk up the stairs to check-in. Luggage can be stored on site for self-pick up, if leave early and pick up luggage later.'

'Great stay! Very comfortable bed and bathroom and the staff was very helpful. Our toilet had a small leakage and they sent someone to fix it right away. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes from the city centre with tons of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We will return! :)'

Many of Florence’s most beautiful attractions are within a comfortable 10-minute or less walk, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. 'Best place we've stayed at during our Europe trip. It was nice to finally get a room with proper working AC (2 mini splits in the room to be exact). Restroom and shower were a good size as well. Location was great. The host was also very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. It was a breath of fresh air during our trip since all the other places were always hot and very tiny. Room was also very clean.'
