'Fijn hotel, heerlijke bedden, top locatie. Elke dag schone handdoeken vonden wij niet nodig (we hingen ze op na gebruik) toch werden ze ververst. Niet goed voor het milieu. Drankjes op het dakterras echt te duur. '

'Mediocre hotel, the only one probably in Italy that serves a heartless filter coffee at breakfast. It ha s very noisy rooms, if you want to hear the whispered conversations of your neighbours, this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable though the matress is sheeted with a plastic wrap for diminished sleep comfort. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is close to the centre and conveniently close to the tram station. '

'This is a gem in busy Florence. Situated so central, in the middle of all, yet not too busy. The staff is cozy and not an automatic pilot reception but genuine service that enjoy their work. We chose the Junior suite, which was such a spacious room having high ceilings and a (sleeping) couch to sit on. Even though the room was in the front, it was silent as soon as we closed the double windows/shutters. A supermarket is right across and so are great restaurants. The breakfast was great with...

'Hotel op gunstige afstand van Florence met fijne shuttlebus naar centrum. Goed ontbijt met bijbetaling voor een omelet of gebakken ei. We misten een zwembad.'

'Room was clean & tidy. Air con worked well. No parking that I know of. Could have done with a chest of drawers. Also would have been nice if they supplied tea and coffee in room. For free. Like majority of hotels in UK even the cheap ones. Staff were pleasant Even though on a busy road it did not affect the noise in room to much and I faced it. The room was very expencive for what you get. I know in a prime location. Tram to airport just down the road. Other sites to see near by.'
