'I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel.'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer met goed bed op een centrale locatie. Wel veel lawaai er kan geen raam open in de nacht. De douche is erg klein voor een gemiddelde man en het terras boven werd verbouwd dus daar kon je helaas niet buiten zitten in het zonnetje.'

'Perfecte lokatie, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Alles keurig verzorgd. 4sterren nivo waardig! De receptioniste heeft iedere dag een leuk restaurant voor ons gereserveerd, super en kwam overeen met onze wensen. '

'Beautiful modern hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. Air conditioning and huge room. However, property was 30 minutes out of town requiring transportation. Hotel offered shuttle for 10 euros/person, but only ran at scheduled times ending at 8:45pm. Taxi were $30-40 per trip. Onsite bar also closed early. Recommend paying more to stay in town to avoid transportation costs. If want a shuttle from train station, must book ahead of time. We waited 75 minutes for a shuttle once we arrived at train...

'Mediocre hotel, the only one probably in Italy that serves a heartless filter coffee at breakfast. It ha s very noisy rooms, if you want to hear the whispered conversations of your neighbours, this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable though the matress is sheeted with a plastic wrap for diminished sleep comfort. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is close to the centre and conveniently close to the tram station. '

'Dichtbij het centrum en het personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Bus halte is ook dichtbij. Een echte aanrader. '
