'Bij het boeken aangegeven dat ik in een bepaalde kamer wilde verblijven en die hadden ze netjes gereserveerd. Fantastisch mooie, grote kamer met bad en aparte badkamer met douche. Mooie details in de kamer als handgeschreven teksten op de muur en ingelijste papercut kunstwerkjes. Een betoverend hoog fresco plafond en een fijn, groot bed. In een woord een fantastische kamer. 'Si bien, la recepción de la propiedad no es en el mismo lugar, el hotel siempre fue 100% transparente en ese aspecto y por eso sabía a lo que iba. En cuanto la habitación cuenta con excelentes almohadas y colchón, descansas super bien y el personal siempre es muy atento. '

'Ottantotto is a wonderful boutique hotel very close to Piazza Santo Spirito and easy walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. Very nicely decorated clean rooms and garden area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Instructions for access to the property are great. Would strongly recommend to stay in OLTRARNO (other side of the Arno) as this part of Florence is really nice and less touristic....AND close to all interesting sights!'

'The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! '
