The Front Desk Staff is cold, that the only way I can explain it. they are not warm inviting people. they need training in providing Exceptional customer service, they should smile and acknowledge guests, this would bring them to an higher rating - that is why i would not give me a 5 star. The Manager on call was good and addressed an issue that popped up. '

'The owner is very nice. Other staff, not so much. In fact, my fiancè was literally yelled at by the housekeeping lady just bc he asked for extra towels!! The TV's don't work too well, one time not at all & there was nothing they could do. Not even change our room. All in all, it's the cleanest hotel around the area for a good price. No bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, so it's a win for me. Use caution if going someplace else (in the same price range) close by bc they ALL have roaches and...
