'Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. 'We wanten to eat our selfbought diner and we could eat it in the lobby, it was no problem. Also we wanted a fan, that wasn’t a problem also. Our airco was broken and they moved us to another available room. Our toilet wasn’t flushing in the middle of the night and they sent Some-one rightaway. All the employees were very friendly and helpfull.'
