'Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. 'We wanten to eat our selfbought diner and we could eat it in the lobby, it was no problem. Also we wanted a fan, that wasn’t a problem also. Our airco was broken and they moved us to another available room. Our toilet wasn’t flushing in the middle of the night and they sent Some-one rightaway. All the employees were very friendly and helpfull.'

'We had a small bedroom with just one queensize bed. (We are quite large people so we slept bad) The next morning we asked the reception if there were any rooms with a bigger bed available. There was and we could go directly in the new room. We got the upgrade for free, so that was very pleasant! Breakfast is free, don’t expect to much from it. Very basic but ok.'
