'This room was cute and very clean! Granted it was a rainy holiday weekend but the. neighborhood appears quiet and peaceful. The truffles left in our room were delicious and a nice touch! Two minute uber ride to Asbury Hotel which was perfect for the wedding we were attending. Danny was a fantastic host and was able to accommodate a special request which was so convenient with the rain that weekend. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Short bus ride to the airport when we left - a different bus stop but dropped us at the terminal. The attic space was clean, a kitchen...

'Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . '

'The host was great. Very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable! The house was very clean. Smelled great soon as you open the door. Plenty of towels, and extra blankets. TVs were equipped with all the popular apps ready to use. We plan on coming back in the summer and will definitely check for availability here. Thank you for all your hospitality. 'Osprey Nest was a delightful and charming place to stay - quiet and near to everything! Craig is a wonderful host - thorough and thoughtful. Attention to detail in the apartment was notable. Very comfortable bed too! One half block away is a green space where we enjoyed walking and birding. Highly recommend!!!'

'Communication was okay. Had a hard time connecting to the WiFi networks. What was provided did not show up. A few outlets did not work by kitchen area and master room. Light in master room did not work.'
