« We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events. »

« This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower. »

« We stayed here over a long weekend with family. The place was big enough for everyone to have their space. The neighborhood was fantastic with parks for kids close by and shops for food etc. We would definitely stay again. »

« Plus side: Great location, dog friendly, and the room had a full kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minus side: under renovation so the lobby, laundry, gym and sundries store are unavailable. Public areas are worn but usable, so it's good that they are renovating. If you're okay with that, then you'll find this a good place for your stay. »

« Bon Hotel-Appartement proche de Times Square en bus (compter moins de 10 minutes). Appartement propre et confortable, avec une belle vue sur Manhattan. Attention, pas de service de ménage quotidien, et pas de service de conciergerie ! Petite déception sur l'insonorisation générale de l'établissement, nous avons été réveillés 2 fois la nuit par des gens discutant ou déplaçant leurs valises, les murs ne sont pas épais. « The listing and staged photos for this apartment are a bit misleading. It says it can accommodate 8; we were five adults and three kids, but only if you set up an additional two portable beds. Doing this, you need to move furniture around, and you do not have any privacy as the only room with a door is a single bedroom, and the rest is open concept. The Apartment is basically a very narrow rectangle without any elevator in the building and a very small toilet, so I would say it could accommodate...
