'It was our first time staying at Barcelo Palace. We stayed in the Oaxaca Building and our room was somewhat close to the pools. The room itself felt spacious and had lots of storage pace for a family of three. The property itself is large and combines several of their other hotels. 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Resort was incredibly clean and beautiful. There was a ton to do so no need to schedule excursions. We saw/swam with sea turtles, octopus, stingray’s and many different fish right off beach.
