'Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor Venetië. Nette kamer, goede service van personeel achter de balie. Ontbijt was niet bijzonder. Locatie is perfect, kan niet beter. Langs het water, dichtbij belangrijke plekken maar niet midden in de toeristen drukte.'

'We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. '

'The location was great, we had never been to Venice and didn't do a lot of research. We took a shot and were very happy, the location was great. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble gaining access, the locks on the doors were a little loose and were sometimes hard to open, but once we found the trick, we had no issues. I would stay here again, the location was fantastic.'

'Great location. Quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes from the train station via waterbus. We walked to San Marco Square in 30 minutes. Lovely plaza with lots of cafes, gelato, grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Everything you need in the kitchen, very clean and fluffy white towels. Flavia who checked us in was delightful. Would stay there again!'
