'Check-in was all done online in advance of our arrival and host provided great instructions on how to get into apartment. Apartment was clean and roomy and washing machine was very useful. Would stay again.'

Accomodatie is minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn (zoals vrijwel heel Venetië daar niet op gebouwd is). '

'Avoid at all costs I'm not one to usually leave reviews but after this experience I felt I had to warn people. I'd planned this trip to Venice to propose to my partner. The photos of this place looked great, so I was gutted when we arrived to find the reality was completely different. We were put in a ground floor room with manhole covers in the bedroom floor that weren't properly sealed. Every time someone in the building flushed a toilet, you could hear it and smell it too. 'The apartment has a separate entrance from the street level. The address of the listing is not quite accurate so it wasnt easy to find. We had to arrange with the host our arrival and get the keys. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. However, the nespresso pods were not authentic and did not work with the coffee machine. Would be useful to have paper towels or napkins in the kitchen.'

'This apartment was super convenient to the train station. It made my arrival and day trips from Venice very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well furnished. The neighborhood was busy with tourists, but it felt safe. The apartment was quiet. The instructions for using the apartment were well documented. The host communicated very well. If you have mobility issues, be aware you will need to climb some steps. I was pleased with this apartment for my first trip to Venice. Thanks!'

'Overall this property was very good. The location was great and the rooms were clean. I only gave it 4 stars because the bedroom on the second floor has a very low ceiling that made it difficult to move around in for adults - it would be fine for children under 5'8". Additionally, the second bedroom and both bathrooms are on the 5th floor which means climbing a lot of stairs.'
