'Great flat, quiet, everything clean, new, and modern. Great location and good communication. Only negatives: bed was a little too firm and flat is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. But it is Venice... ❤️'

'Prachtige, schone en sfeervolle etage vlakbij Palazzo Fortuny. Dit appartement is heerlijk vanwege fijne keuken met alles erop en eraan en met rustige en smaakvolle woonkamer. Eindelijk eens een mooie informatiemap en paraplu waaruit ware betrokkenheid met de gasten blijkt. De supermarkt is 2 minuten lopen en de wijk kan niet beter. Op de achtergrond een zeer gastvrije Eva op de achtergrond. Zij hielp ons met het verkrijgen van de sleutel, was superaardig en behulpzaam in de omgang. Wij danken...

'Communication with the host was horrible. I reached out prior to leaving for vacation and no one got back to me until days before. We had nowhere to leave our luggage at that point. Would not allow us to leave our luggage there even with the courtyard in the back. From when we were able to finally enter, the house seemed to be clean at first appearance. Then, notice the toliet was not clean. One of the pillows had blood on it. The air conditioner was on a timer or controlled by someone...

'It was a great stay. Very nice and spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. It is just 2 minutes from Rialto bridge and 12 minutes to San-Marco. All facilities was in good condition, apartment is clean and well mainted, good internet connection. '

'Extremely disappointed, not as described or pictured. Location was good and area was quiet with coffee shop very close. WiFi signal was not strong enough to use. Walls were dirty with smashed bugs. No toilet paper holders or towel bars other than the heated towel bars that didn't work. Couch was different than in picture, very uncomfortable. Other than couch, all chairs are hard plastic. No throw pillows or rugs. Strong smell of urine in bathroom. Only 1 working hair dryer. Supposed to sleep 10...
