'Only gripe / complaints was the air conditioner ( cool unit ) it did not cool since 1) was not maintained , 2) exhaust hose has no outlet available and having window open for it defeats purpose. Other than that from retrieving the keys was a pleasure from a beautiful and helpful lady whom was very professional to leaving was Very VERY good.'

'We never saw or talked to a host. No instructions in the room regarding who to contact with problems/questions. Room was quiet and good sized but sparsely furnished. Appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. Black spots on the window sheers -hard to tell but possibly mildew? Multiple stains in the shower, glass door and toilet could be due to hard water but wonder if some cleaning products could remove the stains. The fridge did not seem to work no matter what setting we tried. A.C./heat...

'One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.'
