'Great location near the train station and Guglie water taxi stop (5 min walk) in an area of Venice where many locals live, away from the heavy tourist areas. Shops, groceries, and restaurants within 1km radius. Saint Mark's Basilica, 2.1km.The property is easy to find and close to Parco Giochi, a green space and children's playground. The rental space is on the ground floor and the host lives upstairs. Some noise can be heard from normal upstairs activities. If there is any festival going on...

'サンタルチア駅から大きい橋を小さい橋を渡り裏路地みたいな所を歩いた先にあります アパートなのでパスコードを貰ってから入るのですが、元々チェックインの前日までに教えてくれるはずが当日の16時頃にパスコードが送られて来て、遅いと思います ですが受付の人は優しかったです 2人にしては部屋は十分広く良かったです 部屋の真ん前から水上バスも出ていて交通にも便利でした！ YouTubeとNetflixも見れます！'

'Check-in was all done online in advance of our arrival and host provided great instructions on how to get into apartment. Apartment was clean and roomy and washing machine was very useful. Would stay again.'
