'La situation dans Venise La qualité de la rénovation : bravo.'

'We had an amazing stay. Check in was very easy and the property is located in a local area that is quiet and relaxing. We loved eating nearby and the VRBO was perfectly located close to the water bus stops. It was also very nice to be able to wash our clothes. I saw another review from someone saying there isn't a way to dry clothes but that person obviously doesn't pay attention, everyone on the island hang dries their clothes. We had an outstanding stay here and I highly recommend.'

'Great value for the price! I was a bit hesitant about booking this place at first since I could only find a few reviews on Expedia. But now, I'm so glad I found this apartment! It is located in a residential part of Venice that feels like a small, quiet fishing village. The apartment is relatively clean, spacious, and modern. There is a beautiful view of the canal from the bedroom window, which is one of the reasons I booked it. The bedsheets and towels provided were clean, and the kitchen was...

'This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. It is worthy for the host/management to update the kitchen and use a better door lock to secure the apartment. I gound this prperty via...

'Very good'

'Apartment appeared to have been recently remodeled. Everything was nice. It is also convenient to many attractions as well as the water taxi. Sandro was a very helpful host.'

'Accommodation is well located to explore Venice. The air conditioning was broken and no communication until I contacted agency. The replacement did not work. We did not sleep because of the heat. Sorry would not recommend this accommodation. '

'Prima bedden. Goede keukenuitrusting. Airco en verwarming niet nodig gehad.Wat ontbrak: droogdoek voor de vaat en er waren weinig waterglazen. Verder was er ruim serviesgoed.'

'The apartment was in a good location. The check in process was easy and the host was very friendly and included some great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay!'
