'Hello, We had no issues. The house was great, the host was awesome. For example, the power went out at 11:00PM and there were few candles so the host drove up to the house, in the freezing rain, and delivered candles. We will be staying here again.'

'Kloud 9 is absolutely the haven they describe it as. We were in town for sad circumstances, but being able to return each night to this cottage lightened our load considerably. The sliding glass doors allow you to view the incredible animals all day from inside the cottage (as it was hot when we went!). There was even a baby alpaca with it's mama!! 'Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience at your property.During our stay, we encountered a mouse several times in both the kitchen and the living room, and we also noticed mouse droppings in different areas of the house. This was both disturbing and concerning, especially as we were traveling with young children, for whom such conditions can pose health risks.The situation significantly affected our comfort. 'Very nice, remote location with some sweet views of the Basin and not too far from Mt. Allison/Sackville. Be aware the last 5 km of road to get there are dirt roads with a tonne of serious potholes. Would suggest SUV only if you are renting a vehicle to get there.Dropped a star due to an incredible number of flies in house. Host sent property manager to put some flytape up but it was a constant battle to kill an enormous amount of flies. Was hard to sleep honestly even when the flies were not...
