'If I had to sum up in one word this property it would be WOW! Everything from check in, to the stay, to check out was perfection. This property has ruined me for all future properties. The bar has been set very high!! The hosts are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would go back to Vancouver just to stay here again. Thanks for the memories!'

'What a wonderful house and so close to the city. So relaxed in this area after a day spending in the city. It is just a short walk to the seabus. The seabus, running every 15 minutes, brings you in 15 minutes in the heart of Vancouver and in 15 minutes very convenient to the airport. Kris, the manager, is a very pleasant person to communicate with.'

'We loved the floating house. The best part was the 2 seals that visited us in the morning. My boys also went around in the mornings to count how many starfish they could find on the side of the houses in the water. Perfect location a 10 min. walk to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and grocery store.'

'The houseboat was a beautiful spot to stay in North Van. Loved the Spirit Trail and access to Lower Lonsdale. The accommodation in particular is simply gorgeous . Every thing was super easy to access and the beds felt like clouds . We watched seals out the window and loved the upper balcony. Will definitely return and recommend this beautiful home .'

'Joel and Pearl were excellent hosts. Whenever we were ready to go ashore or come back to the boathouse, they were always prompt! Very friendly people. The houseboat itself was very clean and the beds were phenomenal! The kitchen was very roomy and clean.
