Credit Card? Car license nr? Initials here and here, signature there!". Then I asked her name and wrote it down on a paper... Suddenly she became friendly all over. But it was a fake show to me anyway...'

'Accomodatie was perfect voor 1 nacht in doortocht. Room was 'a cabin' small, but ok for 1 night.'

'multiple power outages and manager was rude to guests when clarifying the situation'

'Great stay as always here, staff was accomodating and friendly. Great location and rooms in great shape.'

'Good stay at Canalta Hotel in Banff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a good experience.'

'Schone en super ruime suite. Mijn dochter was iets vergeten en daar werden we meteen op geattendeerd zodat we nog terug konden rijden om het op te halen. Uitstekend hotel.'

'The check in was fast with upgrade and early room.Staff were friendly and helpful.Looking forward for our next stay.'

'We got the smallest room of the hotel. Different from photo.'

'Aanrader, zeer goede ruime kamers en great ontbijt'

'Great staff, great room, this is our third time staying here when visiting Banff.'

'Enjoyed the stay in Banff, hotel was very convenient to Banff Ave for shopping and access to great restaurants.'

'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '

'Handig dat er een shuttle was naar het centrum. Kamers zijn wel heel gehorig.'

'Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Small touches of decor made room feel like home. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Plenty of complimentary parking although we did visit off peak. Close to everything you need in Banff. Only downside was there was no laundry facilities in the hotel'

'Great hotel with great location, cleaning of the room could be improved'
