'Two members of our family rented the #1 tent and RV site and two of us stayed in the glamping site. The tent site was clean, picturesque, and private. Nice little fire pit and picnic table. The host was friendly and welcoming, showed us a lovely forest path to the James River, and gave us information on sites in the area. Great family getaway. Would definitely recommend!'

'We were looking forward to trying these domes out for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, they were dirty, the floor was not swept and the fridge was disgusting. The bed was on a piece of scrap carpet they cut out of somewhere and the small glass table had a large crack across the top. The temperature went down to -12c and the outdoor bathroom facilites froze up. They had heaters going both in the dome and in the outhouse, but they were almost useless. One good thing was the bed had an electric...

'This was quite disappointing overall. The link sent from the host for directions were inaccurate, numerous messages and phone calls went unanswered when we continually asked for adequate directions. The property claims to be under construction- at this stage it shouldn’t be open.'

'A lovely place for a peaceful getaway from the city. The glamping tent was cozy and had a large, very comfortable bed. My favorite feature was the transparent ceiling, which you can watch the stars from bed at night. The views around the property were good, and although the surroundings are still quite simple, the place has a lot of potential. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature .'
