Credit Card? Car license nr? Initials here and here, signature there!". Then I asked her name and wrote it down on a paper... Suddenly she became friendly all over. But it was a fake show to me anyway...'

'Accomodatie was perfect voor 1 nacht in doortocht. Room was 'a cabin' small, but ok for 1 night.'

'Good stay at Canalta Hotel in Banff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a good experience.'

'Staff were very rude at times. Not willing to go out of their way at all to help. Asked if I could have a drink while waiting for a cab and be called when the cab arrived. Concierge said no. The spa is wonderful however, lots of kids around running in and out of the saunas.'

'Stayed for 3 nights in an all female dorm with no issues whatsoever. Would recommend for solo travellers and backpackers! The bar/restaurant was also a great addition. Amenities were clean and the room felt safe.'
