'We are very dissatisfied with our apartment and the service of the staff. The heating turned out not to work. It was very cold in Milan during our stay. The temperature dropped to 10 degrees Celsius in the apartment. During the day the temperature did not exceed 17 degrees Celsius. Complaining to the staff had little effect. We were given a small electric heater. Far too small to heat the living room or bedroom. A request for a second heater was not honored. A request for another apartment was...

'Slechte bewegwijzering naar hotel. Kamer met alleen een bed en twee krukjes voor 140 euro! Het diner a 30 euro p.p. werd ter plekke in de magnetron opgewarmd! Het zwembad is 1,5x4 meter: helemaal niks. En voor je het gebruikt moet je een eigen-verantwoordelijkheidverklaring ondertekenen. Hotel lijkt aan het meer te liggen, is niet zo. Geen gezellig terras aan het meer of restaurant oploopafstand te vinden. Een afrader! Enige goede: lekker ontbijt met verse jus en goed bed.'

'Fijn hotel met heel aardige mensen. Als je een lichte slaper bent, vraag dan liever een kamer aan de achterkant, de middeleeuwse straat met kinderkopjes is karakteristiek maar een beetje rumoerig. Heerlijk ontbijt met croissants die ter plekke verwarmd worden en roerei dat ter plekke klaar gemaakt wordt. Binnen loopafstand naar "Bergamo Ata" via een van de Venetiaanse toegangspoorten'

'Danielle and her team were great hosts and helped accommodate me and my first time visiting a hostel. The staff and other guests were very friendly and the location of the hostel was perfect. '

'Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location.'

'Great stay at Cadorna House. Very clean room and bathroom. Fast WIFI. Located right at Cadorna station and about 15 minutes away from different tourist attractions.'

'Breakfast was good with nice views. To bad there was a highway between the hotel and the lake. A lot of traffic noises made for a les nice experience. Sitting on the balcony or terrace was loud. Room were pretty small with cheap floors and ikea furniture. Shower had mould in it. So overal not worth the steep price in my opinion. '

'Close to public transport and plenty of eating places nearby. Room was nice. There is a communal kitchen shared by the three guest rooms which has free tea, coffee and snacks available. You can hear people if they are in this area but it was nice and quite when we were there. I would stay here again. '

'So we needed a hotel last minute as we were unhappy with our Airbnb, and this was a gem! We are so grateful that we found this beautiful boutique hotel. Within moments of booking, the owner was messaging me on WhatsApp, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to unload all of our bags, this is a long Europe trip, so we have way too many. Lol and they took them all upstairs for us. 'This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat. '

La salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, la décoration sobre et élégante. Grand placard, beaucoup de rangement. Bon fonctionnement du chauffage. Accès sécurisé, résidence calme. Tramway à proximité. Métro un peu plus loin à 10 minutes à pieds. Parking sécurisé 20€/24h à proximité.'
