'He ido a Xcaret mexico antes y esta vez XCARET ARTE una decepcion una ocasion queriamos ir a un restaurante y nos dijeron que solo habia 2 restaurantes el de playa y el buffet mexicano y la cantina despues caminando por todo el hotel encontramos almenos 4 restaures mas se nos hizo muy grocero de su parte por que pedi arte pensando el servicio seria el doble que en mexico y muy prepotentes en general en todo el arte'

'Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails

'Our stay was excellent! We opted for a Family Select swim out room and it was totally worth the upgrades. Our son woke up every morning and swam first thing while we ordered room service for breakfast. The beach was not crowded at all and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. 'This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck the code bar but it never worked.
