'Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We took the honeymoon suite upgrade for our 10 year anniversary and it was well worth it watching the sunrise and sunsets.
The food was good, they had a small coffee shop with snacks all day. The wait times for dinner can be pretty long most nights though so be prepared for that.

'The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience.
Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'I would not recommend this hotel and never go there again myself.
Positives: It is a good size hotel, gives a good impression upon arrival and has a massive swimming pool. The lobby area and restaurants look nice and overall the hotel has a nice vibe. There were shows every night and the waiters in the restaurants were friendly and accommodating for kids.
