'Very nice, cozy house! It was clean and the host, Jeff, checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. We really enjoyed the hot tub and back yard. We rode our ATVs on Moon Pass to Avery and to Dominion Peak on the Continental divide. The only negative was the visitor center. The hours were only from 10 to 1. Our research had said we could get paper trails maps there. However, not much was available for that and the people working weren't very knowledgeable about the trails '

'First, I have to say that we ended up not staying in this home. This house had an unexpected, last minute plumbing problem. (Nothing serious and is taken care of now.) The host contacted us, explained the situation and asked if she could upgrade us to a neighboring property that she rents out.
