'We werden welkom geheten door Yann,een zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Hij heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven door het mooie huis. Twee keer in de week komt hij langs voor onderhoud van het zwembad. Als er iets was, was hij beschikbaar, we hoefden maar te bellen. Enig puntje van aandacht: in de douche en keuken zijn sommige voegen/ afkitranden aan vervanging toe. Dit zou het geheel meteen een stuk opfrissen. Dit is echter niet bedoeld als kritiek want we hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving....

'Das Haus hat sehr viel Flair und ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Seine ruhige Lage in der sehr urigen und schönen Altstadt und der fantastische Ausblick über die weite Landschaft von der Terrasse und den Fenstern aus sind einfach spitze. An Manchem merkt man, dass es ein Altbau ist, da sollte man nicht allzu pingelig sein, die Atmosphäre macht das wieder wett. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und für Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten ist das Haus nicht so geeignet, denn es hat recht steile Treppen,...

'Un peu de choc à l'arrivée sur la piste assez fréquentée. Une fois à l'intérieur, cela ne vous dérangera pas du tout. Hôte et femme extrêmement sympathiques et amicaux. Très utile mais certainement pas intrusif. La maison a toujours l'air neuve et est impeccable. Piscine spacieuse avec même un jacuzzi à côté. Emplacement idéal pour explorer Nice, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes et bien d'autres beaux petits villages à partir de là. Hautement recommandé. Merci Jacques et...

'een schitterende vakantie , onze sympathieke gastvrouw heeft ons op alle mogelijke manieren geholpen en de mooiste plaatsen in de omgeving aangetoond , het huis zelf voldeed aan onze wensen en zeer net.'

'Deze woning was slecht onderhouden. Kussens en matras slaapkamer echt vuil. Zeer slecht bed veel te dunne matras. Hebben ter plaatse bescherming matras, kussens laten wassen. Compensatie huisbaas ontvangen. Keuken pannen die helemaal tefallaag eruit was.'

'We had a great time with our family of 7. One of the things we loved was the possibility to walk to Valbonne, a lovely old village. The house is full of character and very authentic and homely. The garden is excellent for playing games and the pool area is really nice. We had the luck to have figs and kumquat from the garden. Marie-Anne is a great host, very kind and considerate.'

'We had a lovely stay in this huge and beautiful house. The views are stunning and it’s very peaceful. I would not recommend it for small children as all the floors and surfaces are marble or stone. Also it’s quite remote so would be much easier with a car, we struggled to find taxis and it’s not easy to locate the property from the road. The walk downhill to Menton takes around 30-40 mins on narrow roads'

'We went back for the second year! The view is beautiful and we love staying there. Not good for people who don't do well with steps, but well worth a few steps for the view. The train station is nearby, but drive there. The ticket machine was out of order and we got on the train thinking we could find the app quickly. Don't do that. We got a 50 euro fine each for a 2 euro train ride. The kitchen is well equipped and access is easy.'
