'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Bij de zwembaden en de restaurants was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Minpunten: de voordelen van preferred club zijn beperkt. Privestrand en aparte bar, maar geen verdere extra's. We...

'VR Club was a beautiful place to spend 2 weeks! Our room was excellent… just what we were looking for, steps from one of the pools and only a few more steps to the ocean! I loved the sunrises every morning! The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful! The buffet was amazing and lots of exciting dishes to choose from! Everything was clean and well cared for and we would recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I may add is that we found the majority of guests were French speaking...

'The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. '
