Villa's in Summerfield

'This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response'

'This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake.'

'The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. '

'House is large with lots of extras. Beds were not very comfortable in our opinion, and pool could have used a little cleaning. Some of the pool furniture was not in great shape. The few things that were not 100% with the house did not ruin our stay.'

'I stayed for 2 months while i was buying and closing on a house in The Villages. The space was perfect for my needs and my dog loved the fenced in backyard. The location is ideal, close to everything. Walking distance to Canal Rec center and pool. Two minute drive to Sumter Landing.'

If you want beauty, peace and quiet, beautiful pools, nice restaurants, this is the place. The neighborhood is very friendly. I definitely recommend this villa!'

'The property itself is very nice and roomy. Everything worked, except for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs, which was minor. The house was very clean, which is extremely important, my wife was very happy with that. The hot tub gets nice and warm, once you figure out the system. The Wifi was strong, but only the password is given to you, the name of the Wifi isn't in the binder in the house, and when you look there are quite a few possible Wifi networks. We eventually got it worked out via texts...

'The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.'
