'This apartment is clean, well maintained, comfortable and charming. The kitchen is very well supplied with dish ware and cookware. It is quiet and felt safe, though the 4 locks on the door gave me pause. The linens and bed were comfortable, and the towels were thick and nice. The pillows are a little flat for some people. 'We stayed in this Villeurbanne flat for two weeks and were very pleased with its comfort and cleanliness. It's very close to the Charpennes station where you can take two different metro lines or a tram. There is also a bus station directly across the street so it's easy to travel all over the city. There is a delightful boulangerie right around the corner, as well as several convenient grocery stores, a pharmacy, and banks/ATMs. The TV has a YouTube app so we were able to get some American TV...

'Very nice apartment. Good location, about 40 min walk from downtown. Grocery store next door, restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walking. The parking was very convenient. It was nice that there was a portable AC and 2 big fans, really helpful when it is 30 degrees C outside. Overall, we were very pleased with the appartment.'

'Vous arrivez dans l'appartement et vous vous sentez chez vous. Pour l'arrivée, tout est très bien expliqué à l'aide de photos. L'appartement est spacieux, très très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Proche du parc de la tête d'or, du métro, des commerces alimentaires, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. 'L’ambiance générale de ce beau petit loft est sympathique et bien situé, cependant la chambre « à l’étage » est basse de plafond et l’on ne peut tenir debout ! Les différentes photos et indications ne rendent pas compte de cela ! L’accès à cette chambre est plus aisée pour de jeunes enfants que pour des personnes plus âgées ! Dommage L’appartement en lui-même est agréable, les literies sont bonnes, il ne manque qu’une théière au niveau de la vaisselle ! Petit bémol à l’arrivée, une forte odeur...

'We were very happy with the property. The place is beautiful. One thing I wanted to mention is that, as is very common in Europe, there is no air conditioning. The weather was very hot in Lyon while we were there (close to 35 C) but the apartment stayed very comfortable with the fans provided. So don't let the lack of air conditioning deter you from renting this beautiful apartment.'

"door de grote werken die ons niet waren aangekondigd heel moeilijk om het hotel te bereiken meer dan een uur rondgereden om de ingang te bereiken"

"De kamers waren heel klein, maar dat was bekend. Het zag er ook allemaal oud uit op een deel van het hotel na, het deel wat het meest op de foto’s stond. Het personeel was niet vriendelijk en sprak echt nauwelijks Engels en dat is toch lastig als je in de hotellerie business zit. Het was benauwd op de kamer en het raam kon niet open, ook werkte de airconditioning niet. Uiteindelijk midden in de nacht toch een andere kamer gevraagd want het was echt onaangenaam. We kregen een andere kamer kregen geen helpende hand met de spullen overbrengen en daar ook precies hetzelfde probleem raam kon niet open airco deed het niet. Al met al een hele teleurstellende ervaring."
