'The location is very close to shopping, restaurants, and transit. It made getting around very easy. The apartment was nice and roomy enough for 3 adults. The secure parking was very welcome and easy to use. Not as clean as expected. Food crumbs on the floor, hairs in the tub and dirty dishes in the cabinet. Communication was a problem. The listing has English listed as a spoken language however person checking us in spoke no English at all. Also they provided dishwasher pods for the clothes...

'After placing our stay shortly prior to our required date we arrived at the room. Access to the unit was a bit sketchy. A key left in a dirty box outside the apartment. The coordinator didn’t know what unit it was for. When that was sorted out we accessed the unit. Unfortunately the unit did not have any of the refrigerators working so we could store the food we had purchased in.
