'Heel fijn huis en de foto's zijn bijzonder waarheidsgetrouw. Er is veel ruimte en het huis is goed voorzien om te koken. Alles is aanwezig in het huis. De communicatie met het agentschap ging ook heel vlot en de zijn heel behulpzaam. Het park is toegankelijk op 2 minuten wandelen van het huis. '

'The house was perfect... Large, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had both a shower and bathtub. The master bedroom on the ground floor had a big shower and a jacuzzi style bathtub. The house was situated in a private, quiet setting, less than a 10 minute walk to central Cannes. It came fully equipped with everything that we needed. The host was super helpful and responded to us very quickly, even over Christmas holidays. Would highly recommend...

'The house had not been cleaned when we arrived and was in a disgusting smelly condition. Apparently the cleaners van had broken down. When they arrived they told us they had already done ten properties that day. Given what we paid for cleaning costs I would expect it to take a team of 3 cleaners at least 2 to 3 hours to do a thorough clean. They spent maybe an hour. 'Ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le bien est très bien situé. Le petit chemin pour aller à la plage, une minute, est très pratique. La plage en bas de la résidence est moins fréquentée que les plages proches du centre-ville de Cannes, ce qui permet de se baigner en toute tranquillité. Le bien se situe dans une résidence calme, sécurisée et très bien entretenue. Les petits commerces sont à proximité. Le bien est confortable. Je le recommande.'
