Chercher un logement de secours nous n’avions vraiment pas prévu de tomber sur une personne malhonnête ! 'Zacharias is such a lovely host: we messaged en route and he met us in the village (on bike) to guide us up to the house. There was Zacharias' own red wine, honey AND olive oil on the table for us to use during our stay and we wish we could have taken more home with us! 'We had a wonderful and peaceful stay in the house. It is newly furnished and has a lovely sunny terrace with a great view and a lemon tree with fabulous lemons. The house is very quiet. In the village there are several good tavernas in walking distance. The house is in a strategic location to explore the west coast of the island. We would love to come back!'

Location is 2,5 hours driving from Heraklion, but it takes you to beautiful spots in Crete. Super markets close by as well as many tavernas in the harbor. It is at walking distance but a steep climb.
