'I was in San Jose for a week for a work conference and stayed here instead of a hotel downtown. Such a good decision. Really great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Planning on doing the same thing next year!'

'We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!'

'During our stay we travelled with with two adults and a teenager. Both bedrooms are well furnished for sleeping/ hanging out/ storing luggage. Kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped, all helping us have a comfortable stay. This place qualifies as a 'home away from home'. The neighborhood felt safe, walked around the block a few of the evenings during our stay and generally, very good vibes were to be had.'

'Walter and Celina really go the extra mile in their property care. The unit is immaculate and inviting. Has a fun theme and all the amenities one needs while wanting to feel at home while away from it. They are kind, helpful, and available for timely communication and information. Would definitely and plan on staying again.'

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. 'This was exactly what we wanted for our 4 days in the area. Very accessible to all of the shopping that Santana Row/Valley Fair has to offer. The actual apartment was extremely tidy (almost too tidy for our 4 and 6 year olds). Spacious enough for the 4 of us with. The two beds! Very easy for us to grocery shop and have breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the washer/dryer as we very much needed to use!
