'The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. '

'Pen Yan is a small town with a couple of shops and a few more restaurants. Lots of them were closed in the beginning of the week and also closed early (8pm). It was nice to have this to walk to! People very friendly. The Loft was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Is above a Plant store now that is new! Bathroom is small but fine if you know that going in. Lots of stairs going up to the unit.'

'Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. '
