'I like the vibe huttopia is going for and it’s an absolute family friendly gem, however our hit carpet was extremely dirty, the door didn’t close off completely which let inall the bugs overnight , our tent also had an area the zipper was completely broken which gave more room for allCreatures to comeIn. I stuffed it with a towel to make due . The lighting paths could be better to the huts at night. Love the vibe and what they tried to do , but we will not be going back. '

'We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, the water access on the property is lovely, the wood stove is incredibly cozy, and we loved the easy access to Concord and Manchester.'

'Nice spot on the lake, close to the shore as well. Camp is located well in from the roads so no concerns with traffic while staying there with our dog. Great screened porch. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them as the weather was cool it was nice to have kayaks and PFDs available if you were so inclined. Easy drive to explore the coast from the cabin. Lovely walks/small hikes nearby. Also close to shopping and Shain’s which was great!'

'This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!'

'The cottage was very clean. We stayed here while visiting family in Durham so the location was convenient. The guest book had great instructions as well as places to visit. We took our grandson to the Seacoast Science Center and we all enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again.'

'I truly enjoyed my stay here. The house is clean, bright and full of amenities (they even have a record player and lots of records). Check in and check out was simple. The whole setup is open and inviting. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, it was secluded enough for us to enjoy some rest and relaxation. 'The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed for the stay and a few extras that many places dont think about (like toiletries you may have forgotten). The neighborhood is quite and very beautiful.'

'My friends and I spent the night in the Canopy Tree House for my friends birthday. There were 3 of us- one from Canada, one from California, and one from England! We were looking for a place with a hot tub to relax and enjoy ourselves. This was the perfect place. So unique and fun. It looked as though much of the home was taken from the surrounding property. 'Short family getaway. We truly enjoyed this cozy cottage on the lake that has everything you need to relax, unwind and disconnect. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. Highly recommend to those who want simplicity, peace and quiet, and simply disconnect from the busy world. Very responsive and helpful owner as well if you need to connect with him.'

'Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.'
