'It’s a nice property but badly managed with ZERO quality control on the services provided. Although the housekeeping staff is friendly, they are not properly trained to provide at least basic services. For example, I only got clean towels properly arranged on the bathroom only one time in one week of my stay there, the day that I requested; no refil of coffee capsules; no refil of shower gel; and etc. It’s definitely not the week vacation that anybody could wish for. No more Maxwell Residency.'
