When we were considering to book this property, I had read previous reviews indicated that there were problems with finding their reservation upon arrival. I reluctantly booked through Expedia, no payment was required until checkin. I emailed the property 2 weeks prior to arrival and I received a confirmation email back with very little information. When we arrived the front desk staff did not have our reservation. The concierge eventually got the front desk staff our reservation. The room had multiple deficiencies when we got there (leaking air conditioning, water filter didn’t work & never worked), the front desk clerk attended to most of the issues as fast he could. We booked this place because of the kitchenette. The stove top had not been working for some time prior to our arrival, day 4/10 of our vacation it was replaced. The concierge gave us the menu to a restaurant that the hotel was affiliated with and told us we could order from them and the hotel would pick up the bill... this also came with a few hurdles. Overall, the front desk staff were great, the roof top pool was fantastic, location was centre of the action and the room itself was clean, it was located next to the lobby so a bit noisy… but overall it was good especially after all the issues and problems were addressed.
