'Was a happy occasion for us. My grand daughter was getting married at the Grace Lake resort on a Thurs and Friday. We were a party of 4. All above age of 60. Accommodations were excellent. Well stocked kitchen with the extras you need but didn't want ti pack. We saw turkeys (5) lots of deer and Gray Squirrels.Evenings were brisk and enjoyable to sit on deck and listen to pine trees in the wind.'

It’s got the original wood kitchen cabinets and checkered linoleum floor with enamel sink, no air condition, no garage, and more details of its time period. Closets and drawers have owner items but there’s room for your things, too. The staircase is steep and wood, not toddler or senior friendly. 'Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future.'

Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off...

'We had a wonderful stay in the house which is in a very quiet place. House is comfortable, very well equipped and the master bedroom is awesome with large windows, you have the feeling to be in the trees. Outdoor is very nice too to appreciate the evenings. It’s only 20’ from Lassen Volcanic NP which is a great place to visit for several days: hiking Lassen peak with a top view, swimming in summit lake, visiting the small but well done museum, take good time at manzanita lake, etc… we stayed...
