'4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. '

'I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. 'We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. '
