'We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. This is a great place to stay for a number of reasons. The location was perfect for getting to our activities and restaurants. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Located in a very nice community, we enjoyed the amenities that were available to us. Perhaps the most impressive thing is the owners. 'Gave four stars overall just due to pool being shut down for maintenance on the hottest day here. Bummer! Would recommend adding another tv and maybe more comfy seating. With a fam of four and 2 teenage boys, we all fought for the sofa.'

'Unit is nicely updated. Exterior of complex has some wood rot and pealing paint that needs to be addressed. Not as quiet as we had hoped. We could hear the neighbors above us and on the other side of our shared wall.'

'Overall the condo was adequate but the carpet was not installed properly and the living room furniture needs an upgrade. There was no light below the microwave to assist in cooking on the stove and the main ceiling light did not have a diffuser cover. Light switches in some areas did not turn on any lights. Toweling was well stocked and the bathroom was in good condition. Parking was easily accessible. Pool was great. Property manager took care a refrigerator issue quickly.'

'Arrived and met with 10 stairs to the unit front door. Hosts gave me wrong code to open front door. Called hosts. Started to unpack and found out no water. Called hosts. Had to wait for utility company to figure it out. Told I’d be comped for one night. Then unpacked and tried to turn on tv- no wi-fi and only streaming service. Another call to host. Then two days later wanted to heat food in the oven. Oven broken-locked oven doors. Called hosts. No help and totally frustrated. Called hosts again...

'We enjoyed our stay at Joshua Tree. It is so handy to everything we wanted to do, including golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping, museums, entertainment, etc. The unit is not overly large but we were comfortable. There were a couple of issues, but Judi resolved them immediately. The hosts were very responsive.'

'Don’t book if you want pool access or a property host resolves issues. A pool was a requirement for my extended stay, so I confirmed pool details with the host before booking. However, a pool key was required for entry to the gated pool but a pool key was never provided, despite my persistent inquiries and reaching out to Vrbo Customer Service directly. 'Great location/property, only feedback I received from anyone who stayed there was the chlorine level seemed a bit high in the pool/hot tub. The people who used both all had the same feedback. I also couldn't find the garbage bags but that is not really a complaint! Great time and if the timing works we will try and rent the same place next year.'
