« We were assigned a dated appartment on the outskirts of Scottsdale. More like an appartment complex, some condos. The place had a musty smell. Archaic plumbing. Stove was packed with pots and pans on arrival. AC took 9hours to bring temp to level. This location was far (30min) from the center of Scottsdale. Ad is misleading at best. No « Resort » in sight. »

« The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). However, there were several issues. Check-in was frustrating, as I didn’t receive instructions by 4 PM and had to call the host, who initially couldn’t find my reservation.
