'The hotel beautiful. Location for what we were there for, perfect. The shops that we liked very close. Clean. Comfortable. The front desk people looked like they need a course on customer service. The cleaning ladies were very friendly. But wow, the front desk needs to add some happiness to her voice and needs to smile and make us out of towners feel welcome.
