'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Front desk could be a little more helpful and friendly. Couldn’t sleep well at all, half of the night someone walking and talking across the lobby and knocking on some door , I guess they got locked out with someone inside room. Hotel staff also came and was laughing and talking in the lobby for a long time at late hours. Around midnight. No consideration for the guests who want to sleep after long tiring day. Terrible night.'

'Cozy room'

'The casino resort was very clean, had great food and both the adult pool and family pool were nice with plenty of seating. Old Town Scottsdale was great fun - when to Patties bar and The Rusty Spur. The trip was late May and temps were already very high so could not really exercise or hike outside. Would be nice to have an indoor or covered pickleball court. Maybe the parking lots are full during the high season, but most were empty when we were there, leaving plenty of room for pickleball!...
