'It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.'

'Clean unit nice condition. Good location for walking or driving. Quiet. Short on glasses, silverware, We couldn't get the internet to connect. Condo is on the second floor.'

'The property is as listed in terms of amenities and proximity to shopping and dining. Easy Uber distance from the airport and back and forth to places like the Desert Botanical Garden and the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix. Sherman was great to communicate with. We loved the blend of active time and leisure around the pool! Would come here again.'

'I always try to write true reviews so I am torn here. I will only give this a 4 star. The host was great. Check in and info was all good. The pictures are resent and accurate, and it was close and convenient to everything. Airport, downtown, etc. However you should know that the property is old. Bathrooms are very small. This was fine for a couple of guys on a golf trip. Also not the hosts fault but the pool and hot tub were kind of murky. Now they were maintained. I saw someone adding...

'The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the kitchen, bathrooms were clean and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends how plan to visit here. Thank you for your hospitality. '

'Our overall stay was good. We had a little hiccup initially. We were notified upon our arrival that their was an issue with the air-conditioner in our unit and they would need to move us to another unit until this problem was taken care of. We appreciated the owner notifying us in advance and making arrangements for us to stay in a different unit just around the corner, which was very comparable. We were able to move back to our original unit after two nights. Because of our inconvenience...
