'Hair on bedding, broken tiles, princess crown left in the bathroom.
No one answered the phones while trying to call nor did they respond to my email. Expedia was not helpful in contacting them either.
Great Loaction.
Room location is was not great as there was a platform outside our winder that was being used as a sitting spot. We had to keep out curtains closed so no one would look in. '

'The room we had was the twin queen and so small. No where to have one small suitcase open, let alone 3. If you travel light (backpack maybe) then all good. A newly refurbished hotel and clean enough. We had a balcony room but no chairs to sit and enjoy. For a family of three; 2 adults and a kid, just too small. Good location. Pool area on rooftop was great.'

'Pros: location/proximity to the beach, large pool, comfortable bed, access to kitchen and laundry
Cons: very old building with paper thin walls…can hear everything which for us meant a crying baby all hours of the day, no coin/change machine for the laundry, no staff on-site for immediate questions. Just had a little but of a creepy vibe'

'Room was clean. It was a basic room. Just one set of towels. I asked clean towels and I was told that I need to wash my towels.
We had difficult time getting into our room on Thursday April 2nd. They sent us instructions around 2pm by Expedia app. The code we received did not work and I ended up going to the other hotel overnight because there was no actual person helping me. 'You need block out shades. And the ac kept cycling all night. Turning on and off. The only thing we touched was to raise the temperature from 64 to 69 because before we left for dinner the room was really cold.
Otherwise the location was great and the stove of the bar as well. We would stay again. '

'The room was spotless and the staff was really friendly. It is just 3 minutes walk from the Miami strip aka ocean drive...and 4 minutes from the south beach. The location is perfect without the sound of noise of the best place but safety and security is atmost. The room is like a mini home, very spacious. Thanks to Oscar we had a very pleasant stay.'

'Hotel bonito y cómodo a tan solo 2 calles de Ocean Drive. Se encuentra en una ubicación estratégica teniendo cerca diferentes comercios entre restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia para que no te falte nada en Miami Beach.
Las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, funciona correctamente el aire acondicionado, agua caliente, frigobar, caja fuerte, etc.
Definitivamente recomiendo para quienes vayan a moverse entre el Downtown y South Beach tanto para quienes renten auto como para los que usen apps...
