'They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!'

'This house was a great find. Plenty of space, clean, great amenities. Very quiet neighborhood-it’s the old rectory to the church next door, which is slated to be torn down. The new church is next door to that on the corner, there’s another house on the other side of you, and it’s across the street from a mostly undeveloped park with woods and trails. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We’ll look for it next year!'

'Family vacation.. we wanted somewhere between Duluth and Bayfield as we wanted to visit both. Location was ideal for that purpose.. also many hiking trails close by and beach. The house was very nice with updated appliances and lighting. Host was very responsive. '

I cannot recommend this property enough and will certainly be back. If I have clients headed to Duluth this property will have my highest recommendation! '

'This was a lovely property for our multigenerational family vacation. The teenage kids were able to find their own places to hang out location near Park and scenic area and we enjoyed our North Shore vacation along with other dining and recreational activities.'

'The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. 'Easy to access, in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, had plenty of sleeping spaces. Enough toys to keep a 5 and 3 year old occupied when we weren't running around town. '
