'1st my wife and kids took a hike on the trail around the pond and there was a homeless camp at the end of the trail!! 2nd Our fridge quit working and all my food got spoiled. Over $200 in groceries. I told management and they promised to follow up with me saying they would reimburse us for my losses. They still haven’t reached out 5 days later.'
