'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

'We knew that this place would be special, but it exceeded our expectations in every which way. The views, the people, the garden and pool, the peaceful morning sounds...there is something truly special about this place. Tiziana and Giorgio were extremely helpful during our stay and answered all of our questions/requests promptly. Also, we kept running into the owners of the Borgo (even at restaurants outside of town) and they couldn't have been more kind or gracious. We hope to come back soon,...

'Wij waren met twee gezinnen, 11 personen in het totaal. Er waren genoeg slaapkamers en het zwembad is groot genoeg. Jammer genoeg zijn de keukens en badkamers zeer oud en zijn er veel dingen die niet werken, zoals de waterkoker, de oven beneden en de buitendouche. Alles is aan vernieuwing toe. De eigenaar is wel behulpzaam en is perfect bereikbaar.'

'From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owner was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival. The drive up to the hilltop village is breathtaking! 'Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij gehad. Toen we aankwamen bleek dat we een appartement zonder airco hadden gereserveerd en mochten we van Ginevre naar een ander appartement met airco. Dit was geweldig op een hele mooie azienda! We hebben heerlijk gezwommen in beide baden en lekker culinair gegeten in het restaurant, kortom super!'

'Heerlijk appartement voor stellen of mensen met oudere kinderen. Wij hebben ons met kleine kinderen (3 en 5) ook vermaakt, vooral in het zwembad, maar stadjes zijn meer dan 30 minuten rijden en dat is vooral met 35+ graden wat veel. Als stel zouden we er ons hart opgehaald hebben met wandelen en eten en genieten van de fijne terrassen en faciliteiten die er voorhanden zijn. 'When we arrived we thought there were more quests looking at the space there was but we were the only ones. The appartment is very well equiped and beautifully decorated. The pool is clean and large. No traffic noices or anything. Just relax by the pool or sit down in the patio. The hostes lives in the same building but the place is very large. Werkelijk top zwembad met wereldsuitzicht vanuit hier via Spoleto met de trein naar Rome of naar de Adriatische kust. Perfecte locatie voor bezoek en autotochten naar Orvieto , Perigio , Assisi heerlijke weken gehad'

'Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.'
