'This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. 'We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...

'This was the best VRBO experience we have had. This is really a "spa like" home. The owner has really done everything possible to make this a relaxing and comfortable space. The hot tub was great as was the infrared sauna and salt rooms. Great location to all Finger Lakes and wineries. Hiking trails are everywhere. So close to Watkins Glen but still is a rural setting. Absolutely recommend this location.'
