'This was an amazing property. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, high quality linens and very convenient to downtown. Please note: there is no oven. We didn't need it this visit, but just wanted to point that out. All appliances were high quality and seemed brand new.We will definitely stay here again when in Ithaca.'

'We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.'

'This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean.
