'Our host Jason went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay at his place. We had support in getting to use a local pool, with groceries and transportation to our next location to mention a few. If you need local insights and super hospitality then go with Jason. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood and it feels safe to have kids running around outside. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Finca Lucky Treehouse. It was a unique experience along with comfort. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to make some of our meals. The well maintained pool was refreshing in the warm afternoon. Maria responded quickly to our questions and needs. I highly recommend this charming house. '

'Beautiful area, good kitchen. You do need 4x4 to get up to it. Wi-Fi was our biggest issue. The slow connection made it hard to work. '

'Situated in the mountains, the house is on a 25 hectare teak farm. The hosts were gracious and kind, he helped with our car and took us to the magical waterfall swim hole near by. The house itself is beautiful and can be totally great, our only wish was that felt a little more lived in. No books, no extra towels, no salt, no tea kettle - we hit by five but it could use a few more basics for the price — ultimately our stay was comfortable and nice. 'This property was everything we expected. The in-house chef with breakfast every morning was amazing. It was such a treat! She stays in her own place and you don't even notice she's there but she appears with a wonderful breakfast at your preferred time. We even paid extra for her to make dinner the night we arrived which was absolutely delicious. The ocean view here has spoiled me. You can also see it from 3 of the bedrooms. 'We stayed at La Lolita for a month. Location is great- walking distance to beach, restaurants, and markets. Kitchen was well equipped. David the property manager was attentive and friendly, check in was simple and explained clearly. There is construction going on next to the property which can be noisy at times, albeit this will be temporary as projects finish. Overall great stay and hope to be back.'

'VERY clean property. All as advertised, just note that Casa Iguana is the apartment above the second house at the back of the property. Very nice owners, they leave on the ground floor below and are full of “spot on” advices for activities in the region. Amazing howler monkeys came to eat the papaya tree leaves in front of our balcony, such a stunning experience. Proximity to Samara beach and the small but quiet patio over the natural reserve are definitely the highlights of this rental!'
